The Ocalenie Foundation, the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw, and the Friends of the Museum invite you to the 7th edition of the exhibition Refugees Welcome: Artists for Refugees, and to the charity auction, the proceeds of which will go to helping people who have had to flee their homeland. The opening of the pre-auction exhibition will take place on September 29 at 6:00 p.m. at the Museum on the Vistula.

The charity auction Refugees Welcome: Artists for Refugees and the accompanying exhibition are gestures of solidarity through which the art community supports individuals in a refugee situation. The humanitarian crisis, which may have become commonplace for many of us, still requires our attention, and refugees are in need of support.

The Refugees Welcome exhibition and auction are not only a response to the pressing challenges of the reality we live in, but they also support long-term activities of the Ocalenie Foundation. Money collected during the auction will support two activities that the Foundation has been successfully conducting for years: the Refugees Welcome Polska program and the activities of the Help Center for Foreigners. The first one connects people with refugee experience with people from Warsaw and the surrounding area who can rent them a room in their apartment. At the Help Center, persons can receive legal and psychological assistance, support in everyday difficulties and career counseling.

The exhibition will be open until December 10, and the auction will take place on November 5.
